Moon-Yum - Concentrate (head down, eyes closed)

Saba-nim - Special teacher

Chaggie - Kicking

Ball Chaggie - Foot kicking

Ahn-jo - Down to both knees, hands on waist

Kom-on - Stop

Kee-yah - Spirit yell
